This light and healthy Winter Citrus Salad is super colourful and perfect for the season. Featuring a variety of incredible seeds and tangy citrus like cara cara or blood oranges, this salad is a perfect addition to any dinner table.
Ingredients:
- Arugula or mixed greens
- Cara cara and/or navel oranges, peeled and sliced or sectioned
- Pistachios
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dried cranberries
- Crumbled chalets
- Chives
- Phileos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Lemon and ornage juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions:
1. In a bowl lay out 3 cups of arugula and drizzle with Phileos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2. Top with sliced citrus (3), 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and crumbled shallot and chives
3. Drizzle with a mixture containing 1/3 a cup of @phileosevoo olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of honey, salt, pepper, a squeeze of orange juice, and a squeeze of lemon juice
