Stored extra virgin olive oil is delivered from the olive oil mill and it is transported with the help of stainless tank to our company’s standardisation facilities.
Olive oil reaches the standardisation facilities and is again stored in stainless tanks under controlled temperature conditions with zero relative humidity and simultaneous application of nitrogen.
Afterwards, we filter the olive oil and proceed to its standardization and packaging, where all procedures are now on fully automated. We indicatively mention that our standardization facilities offer the possibility of bottling 3,000 bottles per hour.
