This Greek olive oil bread dip recipe is not your typical olive oil bread dip. Ingredients with strong flavors – kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, fresh rosemary, crushed red pepper flakes, sumac, lemon zest – are stirred into the olive oil. The result is a flavour explosion with each dip.
Have plenty of bread to serve with this Mediterranean olive oil dip. I served mine with baguette slices, but Italian bread, French bread or artisan bread.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Phileos Extra Virgin Olivre Oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, minced

1 tablespoon kalamata olives, minced

1 tablespoon thyme leaves, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flake
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add a little salt and black pepper, if desired.
Step 2: Stir to combine.
Step 3: Serve with bread, croutons or crackers.
